Planning application submitted for Prism Homes developer for new house in Kingswood Surrey

Having secured planning approval for this large house in Kingswood in 2008 we have now been instructed to resubmit the application again after the developer ran out of time to make a start. A meeting was held at the begining of the week and we have now also been appointed to make some internal modifications to the scheme which wil necessitate a further re-application in the next few weeks.

Kingswood and Chipstead – Project nearing Completion and New Appointment

As the large extension and remodelling project for a private client in Kingswood, Surrey nears completion this month we are delighted to confirm our appointment for a similar sized project in neighbouring Chipstead.

New Appointments for New Houses and Large Developments

This month saw several new projects coming into the practice ranging from instructions to proceed with the construction drawings for two new houses for Gold Property Developments Ltd and designs for a new car-free eco-house in the centre of Farnham right through to the other end of the scale where we have been asked by Persimmon Homes Yorkshire to start Masterplanning designs for several very large sites across Yorkshire of hundreds of new houses each. Persimmon Homes worked with partner James Palmer at his previous practice and have come to us to continue their close relationship with him; a fact we are delighted about!

We are delighted to confirm our appointment for the design and construction of a pair of new contemporary houses embracing environmental and sustainable technology for a private client in Hampshire.
New Rugby Club House Appointment

We are delighted to be able to confirm our appointment as the Project Managers for the construction of a new £2.0m Club House for the Old Reigatians Rugby Club, Reigate. The project has now started on site and is funded by The Peter Harrison Foundation and by The National Sports Foundation.
The project is due for completion in 2009 and will provide function and meeting rooms for the club alongside a gym and 6 new changing rooms all to RFU latest standards.

We are delighted to announce that our appointment has been confirmed for the design and consturction phase of nine new homes in Old Coulsdon for a new Developer client and we hope that this will lead to further collaboration together.
