If you are simply looking for advice, feel that you don’t need a full architectural service, or are not ready to commit to a building project at this time we can offer our Free Consultation service to private residential clients. This service aims to offer some straightforward advice covering design ideas, budgets, party wall matters, planning issues, finding an architect and contractor, etc. Advice can be offered on anything from simply knocking an internal wall out, or creating a new open plan kitchen extension through to where to start when building your new dream home.
Clearly, if you are actively looking to employ an architect for your development project and want to meet us to see if we would fit the bill then we would be delighted to talk to you and there is no charge for the initial meeting. Charitable Donation
In exchange for the Free Consulation advice service we simply ask for a donation either to one of the charities we regularly support or to any other registered charity, raising much needed money each year while also helping those clients who may not have known where to begin. Donations range from £75 up to £200, reflecting the time involved as well as the usefulness of the advice received. There is no minimum amount and we leave it totally to the discretion of the person making the donation to decide what they deem appropriate.
In the past six years we have raised over £7,000 for the NSPCC, Cancer Research UK, Shelter, and British Red Cross as well as a number of other charities including Great Ormond Street Childrens Hospital and smaller more local charities.

To request a Free Consultation simply complete the form below, including a brief description of the project, and we will be in touch as soon as possible. By requesting a Free Consultation you are agreeing to make a charitable donation at the end of the meeting. Donations are collected by cheque, made out directly to the charity, for us to forward to the relevant charities at the end of the month.
