Planning Appeal Won for New House in Farnham, Surrey

The Planning Inspectorate today allowed our Appeal and granted planning permission for a new house we designed for small development firm Gariand Homes on a site on Shortheath Road, Farnham, Surrey.

The four bedroom, two storey home is around 1,900sqft and is designed with low eaves to provide a transition from the larger two storey properties on Shortheath Road to the chalet style bungalows on Ford Lane behind. This approach was deemed unsatisfactory by Waverley Borough Council’s Planning Department but was accepted by the Appeal Inspector.
