Planning Permission has been sought for the demolition of a redundant and dilapidated barn structure and construction of a new replacement extension to an existing farmhouse in a small village south of Norwich in the heart of the Norfolk countryside.

The new structure will replicate the massing of the demolished barn and will provide a new open plan lounge and dining room accessed through a new open link corridor to the extended kitchen. In addition, a new two storey rear extension and side extension will provide a new Master Bedroom suite ove the enlarged kitchen and give proper access to the existing loft bedrooms.
