Planning Application submitted to Waverley Borough Council for Farnham Remodelling and Extension Project

Planning application for a substantial two stroey side and rear extension to a large detached property in South Farnham was submitted to Waverely Borough Council last week. Following an earlier refusal by the planners, BWP Architects have been appointed to redesign the scheme to meet the requirements of the local planning policies and new Farnham Design Statement. The existing facing brick facade is to be completely replaced with a new part tile hung / part rendered finish to provide an overall single aesthetic.
