Planning Inspectorate approve new Contemporary House in Woodland setting, Farnham
The Planning Inspectorate have today upheld our Appeal following the refusal by Waverely Borough Council for a new contemporary dwelling nestled within a woodland site.
The house sits within a natural clearing in woodland on a sloping site within the Area of Special Environmental Quality in Farnham, Surrey noting that the secluded nature of the site and the added that “the proposal has responded well to the particular nature of the appeal site. The appellant’s comment that this is unusual and almost unique has not been contradicted.”
