Planning permission was submitted earlier this month for a replacement dwelling in a rural location in Surrey for a private client.

The traditional exterior is based on a four-square planned central two-storey core with single storey flanking wings. The rear has a predominantly glass single storey contemporary ‘extension’ with first floor balcony to maximise the uninterrupted views over the countryside beyond.
