Planning Permission Granted for Contemporary Dwelling in Farnham Surrey
A Section 73 Planning Permission was granted last week by Waverley Borough Council for the construction of a new 5,500sqft contemporary house set on a sloping site within the BE3 Area of Special Environmental Quality in Lower Bourne, Farnham, Surrey.
The house is being constructed for a private client and is a redesign of the more modest proposals originally granted planning following a successful appeal in September 2012 which can be seen here.
