Planning Permission granted by Harrogate Borough Council for replacement dwelling in Little Ribston,

Harrogate Borough Council have granted permission to demolish a 1950’s 2 bedroom bungalow and replace it with a larger 5 bedroom house.
The site is located within the village of Little Ribston but was considered to be within the countryside by Local Planning Policy.
The Planning Committee unanimously accepted our view that the site could accommodate a larger property without adversely affecting neighbouring properties.
The proposed house increases floor space from 800sqft to 2830sqft.
