Appeal for 130 dwellings in Frensham Vale, Farnham withdrawn by appellant

We have just heard that the planning appeal in to the refusal by Waverley  Borough Council to grant outline planning permission for 130 new homes on land in Lower Bourne, Farnham, Surrey has been withdrawn by the appellant….

Is this a response to yesterday’s High Court decision on Farnham’s Neighbourhood Plan you have to wonder?

Meanwhile the Wates Development appeal on land on Waverley Lane, Farnham started yesterday as well.
