New timberframe home on banks of Chichester Harbour completed

This new timberframe home for a private client overlooks the waters of Chichester Harbour.

The oak cladding and cedar shingle roof are complemented with copper rainwater goods and painted timber windows.

The house is raised above the flood levels by around 1m with a rear raised timber deck allowing flood waters to flow beneath the house in extreme cases.
