Planning application submitted for replacement dwelling in Cookham, Berkshire

A detailed planning application has been submitted for this replacement contemporary new home for a private client in Cookham, Maidenhead, Berkshire.

Replacing an existing three storey house that has fallen in to disrepair, this new larger two storey dwelling sits within the former chalk quarry and below the top of the existing embankment behind.

A decision on the planning application is due from the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead in late March 2018.
