Planning permission granted for replacement dwelling in countryside

Planning permission was granted this week by Harrogate Borough Council for a replacement dwelling on the outskirts of Marton-cum-Grafton in North Yorkshire.

The proposals sought to replace the existing 4 bedroom property with a relocated 5 bedroom modern home in a traditional style.

The domestic curtilage was also extended as part of the application.
