Two new detached homes on a riverside site, near St Albans

This pair of contemporary new homes were designed for a planning permission application in late Spring 2018 for a local developer.

The linear site overlooks a large river with open countryside on the opposite bank. The off-white render forms are broken up with vertical zinc cladding panels and zinc clad bay windows and cantilevered balconies.
