Waverley Borough Council grant Planning Permission for Farnham Remodelling Works

Waverley Borough Council today granted planning permission for the remodelling and extension to a property in north Farnham.

Previous planning permissions, unexecuted, were of a relatively poor design and did not reflect the needs of the new owners. A redesign of the layout and a more sympathetic approach to the exterior design improving on both the original application and the existing situation gave the planning officers a clear remit to granting planning approval.

Work on the construction information will start later this month.
