Waverley Borough Council’s current consultation on modifications to the upcoming Local Plan has pushed housing requirements up to 590 a year from the previously reported 519… to account for a shortfall of 83 houses a year from neighbouring Woking Borough Council!

For Farnham, this means a an increase in the housing supply for the period 2013-2032 from 2,330 to 2,780…
