Construction package completed this month for major remodelling of private home in Woking

The construction package of information was completed this month for a major extension and remodelling project in Woking for a private client.

The works include separate two storey rear and side extensions, a single storey rear extension, remodelling throughout, and a complete change to the exterior of the property. The existing mismatched facing brick is being hidden behind new self-coloured acrylic render and dark stained oak cladding, the clay tiles roof replaced with slate and all the windows changed.
