Planning Application submitted for first Private Passivhaus in Farnham

An application for Planning Permission for a Contemporary new home in Farnham was submitted to Waverley Borough Council earlier this month. Designed to Passivhaus standards this is likely to be the first private Passivhaus in Waverley. With no other certified private Passivhaus homes in Surrey this would also be one of the first within the whole of the south-east of England.
