Planning Permission Granted for Single Storey Extension in Wimbledon

Planning Permission was granted this week by The London Borough of Merton for a contemporary single storey rear extension to a house in Wimbledon.

The 5m deep extension was designed by Partner James Palmer and clears away the existing poor built ad hoc rear extension set to one side and provides a full width top lit kitchen space open plan to the dining room.

The works are part of a significant overhaul and remodelling of the whole house and will start on site later this year.
