Urban Design Project

In spite of the seemingly all encompassing Credit Crunch some of our developer clients are still looking seriously at larger housing projects.

Now loaded up onto the Feasibility Section of the site are some images taken from a recent sketch proposal for 75 new houses on a large site in East Sussex for one of our current clients.

It seems that not everybody believes that the current slow down will last and by finding sites now, at low prices, there is money to be made in the coming years as prices pick up again.

And, it also gives us an opportunity to test our Urban Design ideas…
